The challenge
The client runs a multi-tenant AI platform that builds tailored experiences for communities and organizations, so data isolation, security and compliance sit at the centre of its architecture.
It needed a team to get two products ready for a stable, tested launch (tenancy, provisioning, payments and fixes from an initial code review), then to strengthen the platform's architecture and compliance foundation.

What we did
- Delivered a plan for the month, a database architecture answer and a launch handover.
- Delivered a code review with three findings and fix paths, each re-verified before delivery, and a pipeline review.
- Wrote and opened a pull request in the client's repository.
- Delivered a compliance pipeline ordered by dependency and an incident response plan with severity levels, escalation and seven playbooks based on the client's own incidents.

- The August and September milestones were accepted and paid.
