Who we are
CrewNexa (Private) Limited, Lahore, Pakistan (“CrewNexa”, “we”, “us”) runs crewnexa.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- Website statistics without cookies: our own statistics tool, Burst Statistics, runs on our web server in cookieless mode. It counts page views and where visits come from, and this data stays on our server.
- Website analytics, only if you accept: Google Analytics records the pages you view, your approximate location (city level), your device and browser type, and how you reached the site. We do not use it to identify you.
- Security logs: our hosting provider and the site’s security software record IP addresses and request details to protect the site from attacks.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and manage our services.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site and your data secure.
We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Legal basis (visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Replying to your enquiry: steps you ask us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- Cookieless statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
- Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Security logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe.
Who processes it for us
- Hostinger: website hosting and content delivery network.
- Brevo: delivers the emails our website sends, including contact form enquiries.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365): our business email, where contact form enquiries arrive.
- Google (Google Analytics): website analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies. Google explains how it uses this information here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
These providers may process data in Pakistan, the European Union, the United States and other countries where they operate. Our operations follow ISO 27001 practices, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries in our business email for as long as we need them to reply and to manage any work that follows, and no longer than three years after our last contact.
Cookies
- Before you choose, this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
- Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again on every page.
- If you click Accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies

Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, send us a message through the contact form on crewnexa.com/contact/ and say that it is a privacy request.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
We will update this page if we change how we handle personal data, and change the date at the top.
